A university RPG for gifted:
actors || singers || dancers || filmmakers || writers || musicians || painters || sculptors || graphic designers || fashion designers || models
Having a gifted child is one thing, having a gifted or demigod child is quite another, but what happens when your child is gifted and gifted? You thought getting them through high school was tough, but what are things going to be like now that they’re starting college and moving out? There is a place that understands.
Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Academy is a college in New York City specifically for demigods, mutants and the immortal. Provided you have the talent, R&G Academy provides a nuturing environment whether you’re half-divine, you can read people’s minds or you turn into a werewolf every night.
At least, that’s what everyone thinks.
Over a thousand years ago, the King Arthur and His Knights of the Round Table attempted to establish a new caste system, placing those of divine lineage and supernatural powers above mortals. Needless to say, their big movement ended with them getting locked up in trees, in tombs and stranded on the wrong sides of magical lakes and sent into a magical sleep. Now that the spell is broken, they’ve all woken up, learned the basics of modern life and they’ve created a school to train the next generation of soldiers for the gifted cause, for a war to put mortals in their rightful place.
I know what you’re thinking: “this is crazy, I’m crazy, I’ve paid too much in tuition for this to be a front for the end of humanity as we know it! And hey, weren’t King Artie and his Dudes of Circular Furniture the good guys? Don’t all good theater schools have a stage combat class?” Well, forget everything you know…or not, they might just wipe your memory anyway. Don’t try dropping out or transfer to another school? Once you’re in, you’re in. Try running away and they’ll find you and bring you back and the second time around, they won’t be so nice.
But what do I know? This is the finest education you’ll find anywhere.
To whom it may concern,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Academy…
