The day was just starting and it was a beautiful day at that. The sun out, warm and people seemed to be in a good mood. Buzz about the beach party was spreading and Anya was preparing to go. Every years he would sneak in and just have a blast. Meet some cool people, eat food, and party. Most of the people ere musicians and tourists, so she could go and make up some crazy story about herself and they would believe. Of course she stayed away from security that roamed the place and locals, some of them were not to pleased with the homeless girl that had been caught steeling or sneaking into places one to many times. Its not like it was actually all that hard to sneak in, the security guards were usually to busy flirting or watching girls in bikini's that didn't cover up much. You sure got a lot of slutty looking girls and guys who were just interested in one thing at these kind of events.
Anya was a smart girl, well at least street smart when it came to brain smart she was bellow average. Not that she couldn't be smart it was just that she never went to school all that much and didn't learn anything. She could spell and do basic math and that was about it, ask her when the the declaration if Independence was signed or what x(2)x34= y was and she would probably look at you with a blank stair. She never let it get her down though, she was very bright and bubbly and knew that it didn't matter what most people thought of her. However she could be very Naive, all she wanted was some one to love and to know what it felt to love. So when it came to buys they could easily take advantage of her and being the naive little girl she was she wouldn't know what was happening until it happened. This led her into bad spots all the time.
Earlier that weak Anya had stole a cute a little black and white polka dot bikini from one of the beach type stores in town. And was no sporting it around, with some blue jean shorts over the bottoms. Most of the places around here didn't have the Best security and the people were really to old or to annoyed to go after thieves it seemed. Its not like Anya enjoyed stealing but she she had to get what she wanted and needed. After all its not like she could go running back to mommy and daddy and say "forgive me for running away can i have money now?" plus she didn't want any of the guy to know, especially David. Out of them all he was the one he trusted the most, he was just like her other half and lying to him about the fact that she is really rich heiress hurt her a lot. She was just scared of what he would think if he found out. Come on David they are letting people in now she said grabbing Davids hand and trying to drag him towards the barrier that was supposed to keep people out but was actually quit easy to sneak throgh.

have you ever heard of a hurricane? it takes your life and your breath away, it takes your life away
It was a perfect day for throwing a party, especially one at the beach. There were few clouds in the sky and absolutely no bad weather predicted, though this particular party had been planned for weeks. It was pure luck the planners had managed to choose such a nice day. While it was definitely supposed to be an exclusive event, where only famous people or those with connections would get in. However, that would definitely not stop David from getting inside such a good party. Despite being unable to communicate properly with people, David enjoyed parties like this, as long as he had a friend around. The preferred friend would always be Anya; he honestly enjoyed going anywhere with her. He doubted he would ever get sick of her presence.
Only a couple days earlier, David had walked into a nice beach shop and walked out with swim trunks under his shorts. Probably the easiest thing he'd done. He was wearing the same swim trunks today; red, with black and white plaid. It was a style he'd seen frequently on the beach lately--David figured he might as well fit in. After all, it was the only way they'd get into the party and actually enjoy it. He also wore a thin white tank-top with some sort of black design on the front. David wasn't really sure what it was, actually.
He looked around, observing the environment around him and Anya. There was an insane amount of people outside, much more than those that were at the party. He knew most wouldn't even be getting inside; many looked nervous while others looked too excited. That's what they were doing wrong--you needed to act like you belonged here, like you were invited. Or could show some sort of identification, or maybe even charm yourself in. He was sure plenty of girls had done that already. Most people were focused on getting in the main entrance which seemed to be decorated with...who knows, some sort of beachy decorations he supposed. It would be easy for he and Anya to get in anywhere else, as long as no one was looking. He didn't want anyone to follow them in; then they'd get caught.
"Come on David they are letting people in now," He heard his companion say. David turned to look at her, to try to show her where he'd thought would be best, but she'd already grabbed his hand and began to pull him away. Silently sighing, he decided to just follow her. She knew what she was doing just as much as he did--he trusted her to get them in, especially since David didn't have a voice to help. In a way, he considered Anya his voice--she seemed to know what he was thinking a lot of the time. It was definitely something that came with knowing her for years. But if he was honest, he realized he didn't know much about her past, just her in the present. And it was the same way for her; David couldn't tell her about himself. Sure, he supposed he could write it out but...he enjoyed being silent. Sure, there was sometimes he wished he could tell someone something, but long-term, he preferred being silent. It made him different, and more observant than others. He could often tell what a person was like before they spoke; he almost always knew if he could trust someone or not.
Shaking his head clear of the thoughts, he turned his attention back to what was going on. He made sure he kept his hand in Anya's; he didn't want to lose her in the crowd. Losing her wasn't the main reason he kept his hand in hers, though--there was a part of him that just enjoyed the contact. Although, enjoyed was probably an understatement.

Stopping momentarily to observe her surroundings once more before picking the bet spot to try and get in. She sighed and looked at David, her hand firmly in his it just felt so natural that she almost forgot she was holding it. He was her lifeline, if he hadn't of found her all those years ago who knows where she would have been. Probably starving on the side of the road, or maybe her parents would have found her and brought her home. Then she would have been living the high life, never worrying about money or what she was going to eat next. Big parties, fancy outfits, maybe a sports car? It all might have sounded great to some people but Anya hated it. Being constantly alone, no one seemed to care or wonder how she was doing, rarely ever did she get to see her parents. Because of that Anya strived to have some sort of human companionship and she found that with David.
Not to far away was a white van with the words " Lost In Paradise" which happened the be the name of a local band playing at the party. A grin crossed Anya's face, oh come on they couldn't make this harder for her? I think i have a easy way fro us to get in, wait here ill only be a few minutes she said with a small laugh. Walking away from David she stood up straight and flaunted her stuff. Stopping by one of the guys that was unloading the instruments from the van. Anya wasn't much of a flirt but she was a good actress. She chatted up the guy for a few minutes, smiling and lots of touching of the arms. That's when she leaned in kissed him on the lips, one hand touching his cheek the other going behind him and unclipping his Entrance Pass from his pants. Ill see you inside she said pulling away from the kiss.
Once back at David she had the cheasiest most pleased look on her face like she had just accomplished something huge and couldn't contain her excitement. Look what i have? she said nearly jumping up and down as she pulled out the Pass and Dangled it in the air. I hope he wont be missing it later she said. Anya was just hoping the guy didn't put two and two together and figure out she was the on who stole the pass. Its not like she enjoyed flaunting her body or kissing random guys to get what she wanted, but it was easy and it worked. That's about as worse as it got though. One time she actually considered getting a job as a stripper. Ya it was at a time where they all wear having trouble getting money and eating so she considered one of the worse jobs she could think of. However, she was to innocent and shy and eventually chickened out before she did anything.
We can get in over there she said pointing to a back entrance that was for performers, crew and staff only. Ill just say your my assistant she said grinning. She was excited to go out and party, swim and drink. Anya had only got drunk a few times and it was bad. She always ended up doing stuff she would regret or something totally stupid. Not to mention she was a complete light weight and it didn't take much to get her drunk.

have you ever heard of a hurricane? it takes your life and your breath away, it takes your life away
David watched as she looked around, obviously trying to find an easy way in. It seemed like only seconds before she found something and told him to wait while she did who knows what. That's something David loved about her; her ability to think so quickly. David himself liked thinking things through, thinking of all the possibilities. He was cautious. Not that Anya wasn't, she just most certainly took more risks than he did. He was certain she would get them into the party sooner or later. David had faith in her.
But as he watched Anya saunter over to a man and start flirting with him, so, so...noticeably, David's stomach dropped. No, he didn't want her to do that. It made him sick to his stomach just thinking about Anya flirting with someone. But to see her actually do it, in front of him--even if it was harmless and for a purpose, made David miserable. For now, he would blame it on the fact that he didn't want Anya to get hurt. He wouldn't be able to stand seeing her sad or angry or anything but happy, really. David wished she'd found another way to get into the party than what she was--oh. He stood, dumbfounded, as he watched Anya lean forward to kiss the man on the lips and reach behind him. Saying the boy was jealous would be an understatement at this point. He let out a sigh, but kept his face emotionless as Anya came bounding back.
David smiled at her enthusiasm as she held up the pass. At least it was a sure way to get in. Worth it, he supposed. Anya didn't seem to think anything about what she'd done, but why would she? She wasn't thinking like David; she probably had no idea what had been going through his mind. So he figuratively shrugged the feelings away and decided he would just have fun at this party, now that Anya had gotten them in. Well, almost. Just about. David shrugged, but grinned at the same time -- he'd most certainly be missing it later, and he would probably be able to figure out exactly who had taken it. They might have a limited time inside, then, though he supposed the sheer amount of people would make it easier for them to blend in. Once inside, David was sure they would look like they belonged -- Anya was gorgeous just like any celebrity, and well, ...he had a swimsuit? Oh well.
"We can get in over there," Anya told him, pointing to an entrance in the back. He studied it for a moment before nodding. With the pass, and acting as Anya's assistant, they'd be fine. He couldn't see why they wouldn't be able to get in, unless the man Anya had taken the pass from suddenly realized it was gone. He hoped he wouldn't for quite a while, though; he wanted to actually get inside and enjoy the party. While he wasn't one for drinking -- he preferred to watch people make fools of themselves -- he definitely enjoyed a good party. Especially ones on the beach, where they tended to last all day long. He hoped there would be a bonfire later; those were the best. Maybe, for once, he'd snag a beer. Though David didn't drink often, he knew one beer wouldn't change him in the slightest. You could say he had a high tolerance to alcohol. However, he still preferred watching after his friends while they drank, making sure no one did anything too stupid.
He glanced over and Anya and gently grabbed her hand, wanting to be close to her as they entered the party. David nodded his head towards it, trying to tell her what he so desperately wanted to say; Let's go!.
